Double Melder Configuration Screen

The configuration screen above is for a double melder. It will combine gas (yellow), then mineral (purple) to manufacture a fire pod. The bar along the bottom is useless.

Here's a handy chart for 2-matter mixes! (ignore "pod" for upgraded tokens like forcefield/explosive)

*Speed in a triple mix has the same effect in a double mix, but to achieve the speed effect in a triple-mixing object (everything except a double melder) all 3 levels of clay must be used.
**The 2 clouds fill empty pods in their area of effect with their respective matter types. This can be used to mass-produce gas and water pods, most notably with explosives placed next to each of the 2 empty pod manufactures that a base can obtain.
+Teleport pods- A third matter type in the teleport pod can change the effect. Possible results may include: teleporting to a random teleporter in the world, teleporting to a random location in the world, teleporting to a random nearby location (the base effect), and maybe 3 other unknowns.

When you add a third matter to any regular double mix, the effects can be altered. For instance, mineral and gas make a fire pod, whereas mineral, gas, and gas make a fire pod that spreads much faster.
Double mixes with 1 pair in a Triple mix:

  • 2xGas: Effect spreads faster
  • 2xWater: None yet. Soon, the pod's effect will saturate the player such that the player gains the effect for a few seconds after entering the field.
  • 2xMineral: Effect has a larger radius.
  • 2xClay: Effect lasts 50% longer.
  • 2xDark Matter: Unknown.
