Player Transportation

Balloons can be found near the Balloon Maker from the Gindra Traders. They take up 1 inventory spot and travel in the direction of the wind when boarded, regardless of any changes in wind thereafter.

Manufactures a portable cable pod, that operates in the direction whose destination is the same place it was deployed from by a player. The origin is where the player was aiming when it was deployed.

In Game Description

A telleporter[sic] can instantly transport you to an other teleporter. In order to set up a teleporter insert the coordinates of the teleporter you want to travel to with the Config Tool. To use a teleporter simply step into it. Even teleporters that are found outside your settlement can be configured.

Allowed a player to ride a vertical elevator style of transport. Deprecated due to inappropriate during the 9th October release.

Spelt "Elivator" ingame.

Allows the player to ride a cable, similar to an Aerial Tramway or Zipline. The player must get on the relay at any relay token station placed in the world, but may exit at any point by using the jump key.

A cable relay has a level of slack, where the cable will begin to slope as you travel. A cable relay should have a clear line-of-sight from origin to terminating relay, although it is not required as the game may drag you along terrain as long as you are within range, and do not deviate too much from the relay through the dragging.
