Added Low-End mode for old graphics cards
AI destruction limiter.
If you are not a member of a settlement you only need to walk in to one to join it.
A new settlement will be given after only 10 players joining a settlement.
Modeling is now limited to make it harder to build crazy geometry.
Changing geometry now costs power to curb excessive building.
Server crash affecting UK servers fixed.
Build tool as default.
If a token is destroyed, the tool is removed from inventory.
