Resetting Respawns

RAWR! anyway, I would like to suggest the ability to remove a checkpoint respawn like when you remove a saved location from your HUD. It is annoying to have to exit the game to respawn at the monolith. Another good idea would be the ability to prioritize respawns. Maybe the last one that you clicked on would be the one you spawn at. This would be easy.

Surely Eskil could add a delete item under the checkpoint HUD item, just like the other markers.

This, or allow for switching

This, or allow for switching between your default spawn (Perhaps use the last spawn manually spawned at?).
