Little Change to Dive Gear, Big impact on Underwater Gameplay

Imagine you could use Dive Gear as you can use now listening to a freq on radio.

With DIVE GEAR WORKING WITH JUST HAVING IT EQUIPPED you could:

-Shoot underwater
-Config
-Edit / Smoothedit
-etc..(whatever token u make active).

So this could lead to:

-Underwater AI bases!! (with dive geared AI which would be so cool in my opinion)

-We could build underwater complexes!! (with all the coolness that this implies)

-And it would make Dive Gear a much more useful tool!!

Just a little little change, super easy to program im guessing, and it would change so much.
