Additional skill slots inside settlement's influence area

Additional skill slots inside settlement's influence area would allow to edit the base much more comfortably while not allowing you to have lots of skills active when u go out hunting.

U could have em configured as u want and whenever u come back to base u have em appear next to the normal 4 slots

I'd suggest the number of addditional tokens be 2 or 4, dunno.

If you had those extra slots, what would you put in them? I mean honestly, the people who actually are leaving the base don't need to bring flatten and rough edit with them, or any aesthetics for that matter. When I do leave the base, I always bring a weapon, smooth edit, config, binoculars (granted we have config + binocs). But then, I'd also want smooth edit and config in my tools for when I'm editing the base. So what does that leave us.....aesthetics and the extra edit tools for your "base tool slots." I wouldn't want put config and smooth edit in them, then have them taken away if I leave the base. I'd have to still go back and forth to re-arrange my tools.

Well you could have duplicates between base and normal skills if u wanted to..., i just dont see the bad side of this, i dont say it's a priority, just an idea for more comfortable/secure base editing.

Example:

Normal slots:

-Rocket, Smooth edit, Config, Binoculars.

Base Slots:

2slots
-Pavement, Grass.
4slots
-Pavement, Grass, Window, Turret.
