It seems that every time your settlement gets destroyed your saved link for your respawn checkpoint gets removed, too, even if the checkpoint is not removed or anyway close to the base.
Steps to Reproduce:
Settlement gets destroyed.
Monolith and Checkpoint arrow are both gone form the status bar.
